摘 要:以毛竹鞭根根际和非根际土壤为研究对象,研究不同生长期竹鞭根际与非根际土壤养分含量。结果表明:毛竹鞭根根际土壤p H值、水解氮、速效钾、有效磷含量明显高于非根际土壤,其中p H值平均提高0.82、水解氮含量平均提高111.63 mg/kg、有效磷含量平均提高0.57 mg/kg、速效钾含量平均提高92.33 mg/kg;毛竹鞭根根际与非根际土壤有效锌、有效铜、有效硼含量差异不显著。毛竹鞭根根际土壤水解氮和速效钾含量在不同生长期存在显著差异,表现为在行鞭期较高,在孕笋期和出笋期偏低。The rhizosphere soil andnon-rhizosphere soil in bamboo forest of Phyllostachys eduliswere studied as research objects. The nutrient content in rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil in bamboo forest for different growth stages were studied. The results showed that the p H value,the nutrient content of hydrolyzed nitrogen,available kalium,available phosphorus in rhizosphere soil were significantly higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil. Hereinto,the mean of p H value increased by 0. 82,the average content of hydrolysis nitrogen increased by 111. 63 mg / kg,the content of available phosphorus increased by 0. 57 mg / kg,the content of available kalium increased by 92. 33 mg / kg. The nutrient content of available zinc,available cuprum and available boron were not significant difference between rhizosphere soil and non rhizosphere soil. The nutrient content of hydrolyzed nitrogen and available kalium of rhizosphere soil were significantly different among different growth periods. It was characterized by the highernutrient content in bamboo rhizome growth period and the lower nutrient content in pregnant of bamboo shoots period and bamboo shooting period.
