约旦野生二棱大麦在川西高原的物候期和农艺性状分析

摘　　要：为给川西高原青稞育种寻求新的种质资源,对起源于约旦不同地区16个群体的48个基因型野生二棱大麦在川西高原3449 m地方的物候期和农艺性状进行了研究。结果表明,所有群体都能正常生长且适应性很强,不同群体间的物候期和农艺性状差异明显。相关性分析表明,物候期及各农艺性状间存在显著相关性。对物候期间、农艺性状之间以及物候期与农艺性状之间相关性分析表明,各物候期间呈显著正相关,百粒重与出苗期无相关性,株高与穗长和百粒重无相关性,芒长与百粒重呈负相关,芒长与穗长呈正相关,穗长与百粒重无相关性。野生二棱大麦良好的性状和差异性特征,可以为川西高原青稞品种改良提供极其丰富的基因资源。To seek new germplasm resources for highland barley breeding,the Western Sichuan Plateau 3449 m local phenological period and main agronomic characters of 16 groups 48 genotypes of wild two-row barley（Triticum dicoccoides） originated from different regions of Jordan were analyzed. The results showed that there was very significant difference in phenological periods and agronomic characters of different population. All groups could grow well and have a strong adaptability. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the phenological periods and agronomic traits. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among phonological period,hundred grains weight was not correlated to seedling,plant height was not correlated to ear length and hundred grains weight,there was a negative correlation between awn length and hundred grains weight,there was a positive correlation between awn length and ear length,ear length was not correlated to kernel weight. Wild two-rowed barleys from different regions of Jordan had good traits and different characters that could provide extremely rich genetic resources for improving varieties of highland barley in Western Sichuan Plateau.
