摘 要:为给乌兰布和风沙区幼苗培育、树种选择以及植被生态建设提供理论依据和技术支撑,盆栽条件下采取控水方式进行水分胁迫处理,研究引自澳大利亚Hopetoun、Murray Bridge和Port Lincoln3个地区的比拉底白刺和中国唐古特白刺的水分生理,并用模糊隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,3个不同种源比拉底白刺和唐古特白刺幼苗叶片含水量均随着干旱胁迫的加剧而降低,方差分析表明,Port Lincoln和Murray Bridge地区的比拉底白刺差异不显著,与Hopetoun比拉底白刺和中国唐古特白刺相比有显著性差异,且Murray Bridge比拉底白刺叶片含水量最高,唐古特白刺叶片含水量最低;随土壤水分含量的降低,比拉底白刺和唐古特白刺的束缚水/自由水比值和叶片水分饱和亏缺均逐渐上升,同一胁迫条件下,Murray Bridge比拉底白刺束缚水/自由水比值和叶片水分饱和亏缺分别达到最高和最低;离体叶片失水速率变化趋势基本保持一致,Murray Bridge白刺失水最慢,方差分析显示与其他白刺呈显著性差异。各种原地白刺叶片含水量与失水速率、水分饱和亏缺呈极显著负相关;水分饱和亏缺与束缚水/自由水比值、失水速率显著相关。根据抗旱隶属值,比拉底白刺和唐古特白刺的抗旱性由大到小的顺序为:Murray Bridge比拉底白刺>Port Lincoln比拉底白刺>Hopetoun比拉底白刺>唐古特白刺。In order to supply theoretical foundation and technical support for the Seedling cultivation,the selection of afforestation plants and ecological vegetation construction in Ulanbuh Region,a pot experiment was done in which three Nitraria billardieris in Australia and N. tangutorum in Dengkou were exposed to simulated drought stress,the physiological and biochemical responses of then were investigated and assessed comprehensively by means of fuzzy subordinate function method. The results showed that: the leaf water content of four species decreased as the decreasing of soil water content. Variance analysis showed that the difference between N. billardieris in Port Lincoln and Murray Bridge was not significant but had significant difference with N. billardieris in Hopetoun and N. tangutorum. With the increase of soil drought,water deficit in leaves and bound water / free water ratios of four species increased. The dehydration rate of leaves in vitro of different germplasm had the same tendency,N. billardieris in Murray Bridge had significant difference with other N. plants. There were significant relation among the leaf water content and the water deficit、the dehydration rate. There were significant relation among the water deficit and bound water / free water ratios,the dehydration rate. Based on the drought membership function value it was concluded that the drought resistance order of fore species was N. billardieris in Murray Bridge N. billardieris in Port Lincoln N. billardieris in Hopetoun N. tangutorum.
