蒙自县枣树矮化线虫的种类鉴定

摘　　要：2011-2014年,对蒙自地区枣树根际寄生线虫进行了调查,通过形态特征和测量数据,鉴定出3种矮化线虫:分别为甘蓝矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus brassicae,Siddiqi 1961)、圆筒矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus cylindricus,Cobb 1913)、马舒德矮化线虫(Tylenchorhynchus mashhoodi Siddiqi&Basir,1959)。矮化线虫危害植物的根系,造成植株矮化、腐烂。枣树是这3种矮化线虫的新寄主。During 2011-2014,the nematodes of Zizyphus jujuba in rhizosphere soil of Mengzi county were investigated. According to the morphological characteristics and measurement data,3 species of Tylenchorhynchus were identified. They are T. brassicae,Siddiqi 1961,T.cylindricus,Cobb 1913,T. mashhoodi Siddiqi Basir,1959. Tylenchorhynchus spp. could damage the plant root and result in dwarf plants and decay. Zizyphus jujuba was a new host of three species.
