摘 要:为了弄清温度对蚜虫宽缘金小蜂发育和繁殖的影响,测定了10、15、20、25、30℃5个温度下蚜虫宽缘金小蜂不同虫态的发育历期,计算了其发育起点温度、有效积温,并测定了其在5个不同温度下的产卵量。结果表明:蚜虫宽缘金小蜂各虫态的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,即30℃时,卵至成蜂所需历期最短(10.5 d)。卵至成蜂的发育起点温度为3.16℃,有效积温为265.93日度。温度对蚜虫宽缘金小蜂的繁殖力也有明显影响,在10~25℃范围内,随着温度的升高,产卵量呈现增加的趋势,单雌平均产卵量在51.6~223.7粒,温度在25~30℃时,产卵量呈现减少的趋势,说明高温对蚜虫宽缘金小蜂的产卵量有一定的抑制作用,但随着温度的升高,蚜虫宽缘金小蜂的存活率和性比都增高,由此可推测出30℃对蚜虫宽缘金小蜂的抑制作用不大。In order to make clear the effect of temperature on the development and reproduction of Pachyneuron aphidis,the development periods of their different development stages were tested at five contest temperature(10,15,20,25 and 30 ℃) and their development threshold effective accumulated temperature and reproduction were calculated in the laborary. The results showed that the development duration of every stage of P. aphidis reduced with increasing temperatures from 10 to 30 ℃. At 30 ℃,the developmental duration from egg to adult was the shortest(10. 5 d). The developmental threshold temperature from the ovipositing stage to adult stage was 3. 16 ℃,and the developmental threshold temperature was 265. 93 degree-days. The ovipositing amount showed a rising trend with the rise of temperature at 10-25 ℃.The ovipositing amount of per adult was 51. 6-223. 7. The ovipositing amount was lower at 25-30 ℃,which suggested that excessively high temperature was unfavorable to its ovipositing. Survival rates and sex ration of P. aphidis increased with the rise of temperature at 10-30 ℃,so it could be inferred that it had little inhibiting effect on P. aphidis at 30 ℃.
