摘  要:对采自16个地理种源漆树种子的大小(长度、宽度、厚度),千粒重,含水量,吸水率,发芽特性进行了分析。结果表明,不同种源漆树种子表型差异显著,遗传差异较大,各性状的多样性水平较高。表型性状变异系数由大到小为:种子千粒重(18.07%)>种子厚度(13.47%)>种子宽度(12.84%)>种子横径(7.86%)。漆树种子千粒重与种子长度、宽度呈极显著正相关;种子的发芽率、发芽势与种子千粒重呈显著正相关,说明种子质量在一定程度上影响种子品质。The seeds of T. vernicifluum were collected from 16 provenances. Seed size(horizontal diameter,vertical diameter,thickness),1000-seed weight,water content,water absorption,germination characters of the seeds were analyzed. The results showed that the seed phenotypic characteristics of T. vernicifluum from different sources had significant differences,and it had a large genetic diversity,and each trait had the high diversity level. The coefficient variation of phenotypic characteristics order: 1000-seed weight(18. 07 %) thickness of seed(13. 47 %) seed vertical diameter(12. 84 %) seed horizontal diameter(7. 86 %). And there was a highly significant positive correlation between 1000-seed weight and seed horizontal diameter,vertical diameter. Germination rate,germination energy and 1000-seed weight showed a significant positive correlation,so it means that seed mass has a certain impact on seed quality.
