超选择性肾动脉栓塞在医源性肾出血中的应用及价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗医源性肾出血的价值及疗效,总结诊疗经验,提高治疗水平。方法回顾性分析我院2010年10月-2015年6月收治的16例经保守治疗无效的医源性肾出血患者资料,根据肾动脉造影情况,选择合适弹簧圈或明胶海绵颗粒进行超选择性栓塞治疗。结果 16例患者造影均发现明显出血点,均一次性栓塞成功,术后未发生再出血,无严重并发症发生。结论超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗医源性肾出血具有安全、准确、快速、有效、可靠等特点,且创伤小,是医源性肾出血较为理想的治疗手段,可避免不必要的医疗纠纷。Objective To explore super selective renal artery embolization in the treatment of iatrogenic renal hemorrhage and the value of curative effect so as to sum up the experiences of diagnosis and treatment level. Methods From Oct 2010 to Jun2015,we retrospectively analysed the data of 16 cases treated with conservative treatment of iatrogenic renal hemorrhage of invalid patients. According to the situation of renal artery angiography,super-selective embolization was performed,and appropriate spring coil or gelatin sponge particles were chosen. Results 16 cases were found obviously bleeder,all received one-time successful embolization,no postoperative bleeding again and serious complications occurred. Conclusion Super-selective renal artery embolization in the treatment of iatrogenic renal hemorrhage is safe,accurate,rapid,effective and reliable,and small trauma,which is a more ideal iatrogenic renal hemorrhage treatment and can avoid unnecessary medical disputes.
