半固态合金浆料制备技术的研究现状

摘　　要：半固态加工技术是一种介于液态铸造和固态锻造之间一种特殊的铸造工艺,进而其集结了两者的优点,摒弃了其中的一些不足之处,并且这种加工工艺可以满足轻量化和环保的要求,所以近几年来半固态加工技术以其独特的优势得到了迅猛的发展。然而,进行半固态铸造成形工艺的第一步也是最重要的一步就是制备半固态合金浆料。本文主要介绍了国内外一些半固态合金浆料的制备技术的研究现状。Semi- solid processing technology is a kind of special casting technology which between liquid casting and solid forging,and then,Semi- solid processing technology gathered the advantage of the two and abandoned the disadvantages of them,in addition,This process can meet the requirements of lightweight and environmental protection,so in recent years of semi- solid processing technology with its unique advantages obtained the rapid development. However,the first and most important step of Semi-solid processing technology is to prepare the semi- solid alloy slurry. This article mainly introduces domestic and overseas some technologies of the preparation of semi- solid alloy slurry.
