摘  要:集装箱码头是集装箱运输系统中的枢纽环节,码头装卸能力极大制约着整个系统的运输效率。为了提高集装箱码头装卸作业效率,文章以码头生产作业成本最低、船舶停靠时间最短为目标函数,采用最小费用最大流理论建立模型,通过模型求解,并与0-1规划求解结果进行了对比分析。从分析结果可以看出,最小费用最大流模型求解结果较优,且求解方法更为简便。Container terminal is the hub link in container transportation system, terminal handling ability greatly restricts the transportation efficiency of the whole system. In order to improve the efficiency of container terminal handling operation, this paper analyzes the container terminal production operation to the influence of the loading capacity of each link, as the lowest cost of production operation and the ships of docking in shortest time to the objective function, the minimum cost maximum flow theory is adopted to establish the model, through the model solution, and analyzing the results of solving 0-1 programming. From the results of the analysis, we can see the minimum cost maximum flow model could get a better result, and the solving method is more convenient.
