摘　　要：STCW公约马尼拉修正案的B部分第III章关于轮机部的指导中,明确列出了对负责管理1000V以上电站操作和安全的轮机部人员的培训指导要求。该项培训已经引起国外船东的重视。结合企业调研和培训实践,研究了轮机部高压电管理人员的培训内容,并对培训场地设施和师资标准提出了指导建议。In Guidance of the Engine Department, Chapter III of the STCW convention Manila amendments part B, the training guidance requirements of over 1000V marine power plant safety operation ＆ management for crews of the Engine Department are outlined clearly, ＆ the related training has drawn attention of lots ship owners. Combined with the enterprise research and training practice, this paper researches the suggested training contents of the Engine Department related crews, ＆ the advised standards of training equip- ment, facilities ＆ qualified teachers.
