摘　　要：提出用普通的笔记本电脑或台式计算机就可以实现电力系统频率的测量法,即虚拟仪器法,并给出误差分析,完全能满足国标《电能质量电力系统频率偏差》(GB/T 15945-2008)中,对测量仪器准确度的要求,具有成本低、通用性高和精度高的特点,适用于工程的临时测试和相应的教学工作。Puts forward a virtual instrument method based on the ordinary laplop or a desktop computer to realize measuring method of power system frequency, and gives the error analysis. The method is fully able to meet the national standard ＂power quality power system frequency de- viation＂ （GB/T 15945-2008）, a measuring instrument accuracy requirements, and is suitable for engineering temporary measuring and the corresponding teaching.
