山地城市民族记忆的空间承载——以贵州省丹寨县为例

摘　　要：贵州黔东南区的丹寨县,一个大山深处苗族聚居的地方,也是祭祀苗族先祖蚩尤的"祭尤节"传承地。该县拥有7项国家级非物质文化遗产、15项省级文化遗产,自然风光瑰丽、民族文化底蕴深厚。丹寨正处于"工业化、城镇化、农业现代化"发展的起步时期,面临着激烈的区域竞争、脆弱的生态环境、人口偏少且素质相对偏低等挑战,如何凸显其民族文化丰富的特色资源优势,保持其原生态的民族文化特色,是其跨越式发展进程中的关键问题。提出了"延续记忆+创新传承"的文化传承与发展策略,并通过制定《丹寨县城市空间战略规划》,将民族文化承载空间具体部署与控制,为丹寨未来的特色化发展,提供了技术支撑与空间保障,希望对少数民族地区的文化传承与发展具有借鉴作用。Danzhai County in the southeastern area of Guizhou is a place for settlements of the Miao ethniciw in the deep mountains, and is also a cartier of ＂Memorial Ceremony of Chiyou＂ who is the ancestor of the Miao ethniciW. The county has 7 national intangible cultural heritages and 15 provincial cultural heritages, with beautiful natural landscape and profound ethnic culture. Danzhai now is in the earlier stage of the development of ＂industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization＂ . Facing furious regional competition, fragile ecological environment and relatively fewer and lower quality population, it is a key problem for Danzhai in the course of its great-leap-forward development that how to highlight its featured resource advantage of rich ethnic culture and how to maintain its original state of ethnic cultural features. The article put forward cultural heritage and development strategy of ＂the extension of memory ＋ the innovation of heritage＂ and specifically arranged and controlled the carrying space of ethic culture through determining Strategic Plan of Urban Space of Danzhai County, which provides technical support and spatial guarantee for the featured development of Danzhai in the future. We wish that this will offer some references to the cultural heritage and development for minority areas.
