贝前列素钠联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察贝前列素钠联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法选取2013年10月—2015年9月湖北医药学院附属襄阳医院肾内科收治的慢性肾小球肾炎患者104例作为研究对象,按照序列号法随机分为2组,每组52例。患者均予常规治疗,对照组另予羟苯磺酸钙口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予贝前列素钠口服,治疗后对比2组肾功能及血管内皮功能改善情况。结果观察组总有效率(94.23%)高于对照组(88.46%),但差异无统计学意义(X^2=1.095,P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白定量(Upro)、血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)水平均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(观察组:t=7.809、4.999、16.497、16.993,对照组:t=6.406、3.226、14.885、15.976,均P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(t=2.116、2.264、2.407、2.373,均P<0.05);治疗后2组内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)水平显著升高,血内皮素1(ET-1)水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(观察组:t=12.807、71.597,对照组:t=6.370、43.217,均P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(t=5.722、29.624,均P<0.01);2组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生。结论贝前列素钠联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效显著,能明显改善患者肾功能及血管内皮功能,用药安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of shellfish combined with xalcium sulfonate in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods One hundred and four cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into two groups.All patients were treated with conventional therapy.On the basis of conventional treatment.the control group was treated with oral calcium hydroxy benzene sulfonic acid calcium.The observation group also had given oral administration of prostaglandin.Renal function and vascular endothelial function improvement after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the obsenation group（94.23%） was higher than the control group（88.46%）,but the difference was not statistically significant（χ-2 = 1.095,P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,after treatment,2 groups of serum creatinine（SCr）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,24 h urinary protein（Upro）,serum cystatin C（Cys-C） were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant（observation group：t = 7.809,t =4.999,t= 16.497,t = 16.993,and control group：t =6.406,t =3.226,t = 14.885,t = 15.976,P〈0.05）,and the observation group was better than control group（t =2.116,t =2.264,t =2.407,t =2.373,P〈0.05）;the 2 groups after treatment endothelium-dependent vasodilation（FMD） had significantly increased,and the levels of blood endothelin 1（ET-1） was significantly decreased,the difference were statistically significant（observation group;t =12.807,t =71.597,the control group：t =6.370,t =43.217,P〈0.05）,and the observation group was better than control group（t =5.722,t =29.624,P〈0.01）;the 2 groups during the treatment had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion The effect of Shellfish combined with Calcium sulfonate on the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is significant,and it can improve renal function and vascular endothelial function.
