清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将105例急性胰腺炎患者按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,两组均采用常规综合治疗,观察组在此基础上加用清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗。结果:观察组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清胰汤联合低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性胰腺炎,发挥中西医结合优势,在实际临床应用中具有较好疗效。Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran on acute pancreatitis. Methods：105 patients were divided into the observe group（55 cases）and the control group（50 cases）with routine treatment, while the observe group was given the Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran. Results： Effective rate in the observe group were significantly superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qingyi Decoction and low molecular dextran treatment of acute pancreatitis show the advantages of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, which has a good curative effective in the actual clinical application.
