摘  要:为了提高配电设备的安全可靠性和自动化系统的互操作性,研究了基于IEC61850的配电成套开关状态监测架构,完成了温度监测、机械特性监测以及SF6气体泄漏在线监测等方面的模型构建,以及部分逻辑节点的模型协调工作。首先,分析了成套开关状态监测的系统架构和功能,给出了在线监测系统故障处理顺序图,并以SF6气体泄漏监测为例进行了详细阐述;然后,采用IEC61850标准中电气设备、状态监测、互感器等相关逻辑节点,建立了基于IEC61850标准的配电成套开关状态监测装置的信息模型和功能模型;最后,针对信息交互所涉及的CIM和IEC61850信息模型协调问题,分析了协调方法,给出了模型协调的一般过程。该工作可为基于国际标准的配电自动化相关业务开展提供参考。To improve the security and reliability of distribution equipment and the interoperability of automation system, IEC61850 is adopted in this paper to provide a frame of aswitchgearstatus monitoring system and construct the information modeling and function modeling. The information modeling includes temperature monitoring, mechanical characteristic monitoring and SF6 gas leakage on-line monitoring, and meanwhile a model harmonization process model of the IEC61g50 and CIM is given. First, the switchgear status monitoring system architecture is analyzed, and the fault processing sequence diagram of the on-line monitoring system is presented, subsequently SF6 gas leakage monitoring is illustrated as an instance. Then, logical nodes defined in IEC61850 are used to model electrical equipment, status monitoring, transformer and other distribution switehgear status monitoring devices. Finally, according to the interaction requirements shown in sequent diagram, the harmonization process model of the 1EC61850 and CIM are presented. The work provides a reference for developing international standard based distribution automation related businesses.
