摘 要:制备了一系列不同Ag含量的Ag/C催化剂,以甲醇为氢源,研究了四氯化碳原位加氢脱氯的反应性能。采用N_2物理吸附、XRD、TEM和XPS等技术对催化剂反应前后的性质进行表征。结果显示,Ag催化剂在反应过程中转变为AgCl,但是催化剂上Ag^0和Ag^(+1)物种共存。甲醇分解产生的甲醛促进了Ag^(+1)向Ag^0和的转变。从产物分布分析,二氯甲烷和氯仿的选择性保持6∶4,说明这两种反应是平行反应。结合产物组成和表征结果提出了初步反应机理。A series of Ag/C catalysts with different Ag loading were prepared and their performancesin catalytic hydrodechlorination of carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4)were investigated with methanol as H-donor.The catalysts were characterized with N_2 adsorption,XRD,TEM and XPS.The results show that Ag was transformed into AgCl during the reaction and Ag^0 and Ag^(+1) coexisted on the surface of catalyst indicated by XPS.Ag^(+1) was reduced into Ag^0 by the formaldehyde(HCHO)formed from the dehydrogenation of methanol.Parallel reaction product CH_2Cl_2 and CHCl_3 with a molar ratio of 6∶4 was obtained during the catalytic dechlorination of CCl_4 in methanol solution.The reaction mechanism was proposed according to the reaction results and catalysts characterization.
