摘 要:随着大庆油田开采能力下降,油田产量的降低,庆哈输油新线为满足运行及下游生产的需要,采用进口俄罗斯原油与大庆原油混输的方式,维持对哈尔滨炼化公司的持续供油。针对可能面临的低输量问题,对庆哈新建庆俄原油混合输送管道进行不稳定性分析,分别计算不同混合比例下不同站间管段全年的热力和水力最小安全输量,以确保庆哈输油新线在输量减少、输油比例不断变化的情况下安全平稳运行。With decrease of the exploitation ability of Daqing oilfield, the oil field production reduces. In order to meet the needs of operation and downstream production, the new oil line of Qingha adopts the imported Russian crude oil and Daqing crude oil mixed transmission to maintain the continued supply of Harbin Petrochemical Company. In view of the low throughput problem that may be faced, the stability analysis of the new Russian crude oil mixed transportation pipeline was carried out, the thermal and hydraulic minimum safe transport capacity of different stations under different mixing ratios were calculated to ensure that the new oil line of Qingha will be safe and stable operation.
