摘 要:为了研究内蒙古野生长柄扁桃核仁遗传变异及遗传多样性,对内蒙古野生长柄扁桃优良单株核仁性状变异程度、变异类型、核仁性状与产量和出仁率间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:长柄扁桃单仁质量、仁长、仁宽、仁长宽比、仁径等数量性状均有较大变异,其中仁长宽比和仁质量的变异较大,其变异系数分别为0.34、0.27,说明仁形状的选择潜力最大;根据仁质量变异分为4个类型,即中、较大、大、很大仁型;根据仁长变异分为6个类型,即短、较短、中、较长、长、很长仁型;根据仁宽分为6个类型,即窄、较窄、中、较宽、宽、很宽核型;根据仁长宽比变异分为6组,即宽圆、较宽圆、中、较长圆、长圆、很长圆仁型;根据仁径长变异分为6组,即短、较短、中、较长、长、很长仁径型;长柄扁桃核仁性状与出仁率无显著相关,仁宽与产量呈极显著正相关。In order to study the genetic variation and genetic diversity of important traits of Inner Mongolia wild Amygdalus pcdunculata Pall kernel characters. This article studies quantitatively and describes wild Amygdalus pcdunculata Pall individuals' kernel characters distribution, variation extent and forms and we are trying to find the correlation between kernel characters with yield and kernel rate. Research show that Amygdalus pcdunculata Pall kernel weight, length, width, length width ratio, diameter all these quantitative characters indicate a normal distribution. Length width ratio and kernel weight has a big variation, coefficient of variation can be 0.34 and 0.27. Based on kernel weight variation, can be divided into 4 groups, i.e. middle, bigger, big, very big kernel; Based on kernel length variation, can be divided into 6 groups, i.e., short, shorter, middle, longer, long, maximum long kernel; while on kernel width, 6 groups, i.e. narrow narrower, middle, wider, wide, very wide kernel; on length width ratio, 6 groups, i.e. broad-round, little broad-round, normal, little long-round, long-round, very long-round; on kernel diameter variation, 6 groups, short shorter, middle, longer, long, very long diameter. Correlation analysis shows that Amygdalus pcdunculata Pall kernel characters are uncorrelated with kernel rate; and kernel width markedly correlated with yield.
