摘 要:以蓖麻籽为原料,采用自制的轴向—侧向压力测量试验装置获取压榨过程中上端应力、侧向应力和底部应力,建立了油料固相应力模型,并求解得到了模型参数,相对误差为9.80%,可用于描述蓖麻籽压榨过程中沿榨筒轴向固相颗粒应力分布。根据油料固相应力模型可知,在压榨油料确定的情况下,油料散体轴向应力主要受榨筒内圈半径r、油料散体高度H影响,即轴向应力随物料高度的增加逐渐减小,随榨筒半径增大而增大。同时,结合流体力学可知,半径越大,油料流动阻力越大,因此榨筒半径不宜过大。Castor is an important oil plant, of which the seeds are rich in castor oil usually obtained by pressing instruments. In this paper, pressures of castor bean in top, lateral and bottom were obtained using self-made axial and lateral pressure measurement test device, and solid model for oilseeds was founded. The model parameters were obtained with the relative error was 9.80%, which can be used to describe the distribution of axial stress along the cylinder in squeezing process of castor beans. Based on the model, the axial stress is mainly affected by inner radius of squeezing barrel and height of oilseeds, which means the axial stress decreases with the increase of the height of the oilseeds, and increases with the increase of the cylinder radius. According to fluid mechanics, the larger the radius is, the greater the oil flow resistance, leading to a result that the cylinder radius could not too large.
