摘  要:高血压是多种心脑血管疾病的重要病因和危险因素,它仍是心脑血管疾病死亡的主要原因之一。原发性高血压为多基因疾病,是由多种易患基因和环境因素共同作用导致血压正常调节机制失代偿所致。微RNA(miRNA)参与高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)等心脏疾病的发生、发展,在心血管系统疾病中有重要的作用;有些特异性的miRNA还可调节血管内皮细胞功能。从miRNA方面研究高血压病血瘀证的发病机制也已受到广泛的关注。Hypertension is the important cause and risk factor of a variety of cardiovascular diseases. It is one of the leading causes of death of cardiocerebrovascular diseases. Primary hypertension is a polygenetic disease,caused by decompensation of the blood pressure regulating mechanism under the action of a variety of susceptibility genes and environmental factors. It is found that the microRNA( miRNA) is involved in the occurrence and development of heart diseases such as hypertension and coronary atherosclerosis heart disease. It plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases. Some specific miRNAs can regulate the function of vascular endothelial cells. The study of the pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome of hypertension from the miRNA perspective has drawn wide attention.
