摘　　要：半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)是一种炎性因子,广泛分布于成骨细胞、上皮细胞和肠组织等各种组织和细胞中,参与细胞黏附、增殖、凋亡以及免疫反应等过程。Gal-3可通过介导纤维母细胞活化和巨噬细胞浸润的途径,参与炎症反应各个阶段的分子调节、参与急性和慢性炎症反应和修复的纤维化过程、参与心力衰竭(心衰)病理生理过程,并在心脏重构和心衰的病理生理发展中起着重要作用。另外,Gal-3还可预测心衰患者的预后情况。Galectin-3（ gal-3） is an inflammatory factor,widely distributed in osteoblasts,epithelial cells,intestinal tissues which participates in adhesion,proliferation,apoptosis and immune response of cells. Gal-3can participate the molecular regulation in inflammatory reaction at all stages,is involved in the fibrosis of the acute and chronic inflammatory reaction and repair,in heart failure physiopathological process,and plays an important role in the pathophysiology of cardiac remodeling and heart failure development by mediating fibroblast activation and macrophage infiltration way. In addition,gal-3 can also predict the prognosis of patients with heart failure.
