摘  要:肺癌是由基因-环境相互作用引起的对人类健康及生命具有严重威胁的高致死性恶性肿瘤之一,既往的研究倾向于肺癌与吸烟的因果关系,但近几年的研究显示个人的遗传特征决定肺癌的易患性。有关核苷酸切除修复基因在肺癌发生过程中产生的作用备受关注,单核苷酸多态性是目前受到高度重视的新一代遗传标志,主要涉及单核苷酸多态的差异性表达和DNA修复能力的改变过程。Lung cancer is one of the severe deadly malignant tumors,which is caused by gene-environment interaction and has seriously threatened the health and life of human being. Previous studies tended to consider a causal relationship between lung cancer and smoking,however recent studies indicate that lung cancer susceptibility depends on individuals' genetic characteristics. Studies about association of nucleotide excision repair gene polymorphisms and the risk of lung cancer have drawn a lot of attention. Single nucleotide polymorphism( SNP) is a new generation of genetic marker being highly value,mainly involving the SNP differential expression and DNA repair capacity changes.
