上后锯肌肌构筑及肌内神经分布的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究上后锯肌的构筑学特征和肌内神经分布特点,为临床应用上后锯肌提供解剖学基础。方法大体解剖法、肌构筑法、改良Sihler’s肌内神经染色法。结果上后锯肌肌重（17.54±1.44）g,肌长（12.52±1.86）cm,肌纤维长（4.13±1.03）cm,生理横切面积（4.12±1.01）cm2。上后锯肌由2~4肋间神经支配,神经入肌后在肌腹中部发出树枝样分支。结论上后锯肌倾向于速度型设计;上后锯肌肌内神经密集区主要分布于肌腹中部。Objective This study aimed to investigate the applied anatomy of the serratus posterior superior.Methods The intramuscular nerve branches and muscle architectural features of serratus posterior superior were dissected and observed.Results The muscle fiber length and cross sectional area of the serratus posterior superior was（4.13±1.03）cm,（4.12±1.01）cm2,respectively.The serratus posterior superior was innerved by the 2~4intercostal nerve.Conclusions The serratus posterior superior is kind of speed type mucle,and the middle of serratus posterior superior neuromuscular junctions are most densely distributed.
