摘　　要：加强公安民警心理健康问题的研究,推进心理健康教育工作,有利于提高警察个体的职业心理素质,促进公安队伍职业综合素质的良性发展。当前,我国公安民警心理健康问题研究中存在着研究工具单一、轻个体研究、研究方法缺少"本土"特色等方面的问题。这些问题的解决不仅要依靠专家学者的努力,更需要整个社会、国家的重视和支持。通过探讨当前我国公安民警心理健康问题研究中存在的问题,并对相关研究进行综合分析,意在提出对未来研究的展望。Strengthening the research on mental health problems of police and promoting mental health education is helpful to improve the occupational psychological quality of the individual police and promote the healthy development of the overall occupational quality of public security team. At present,in the research on mental health problems of police in China, there are problems such as single research tool, less individual researches, and lack of ＂local＂ features in research methods. To solve these problems,depend not only on the efforts of experts and scholars, but also the whole society, the country＇s attention and support. Through discussing the problems in the research on current mental health problems of police and comprehensive analysis of the related research, put forward the prospects for future research.
