摘　　要：近年来,预付式的消费模式逐渐兴起,是一种新颖的经营方式,在促进经济增长、扩大销售方面有着重要作用,因而在我们的经济生活领域逐步流行起来。然而,我国目前的法律制度对该领域缺乏明确的规定,进而影响该卡的流通管理,产生严重的社会后果。本文针对我国目前法律监管预付式消费卡的现状以及问题进行分析,并对其法律规划提出建议和思考。In recent years, prepaid consumption pattern is gradually rising as a new way of business, which plays an important role in promoting economic growth and expanding sales and thus gradually popular in our economic area.However, China＇s current legal system is lack of clear rules in this field, thereby affecting the circulation management of the card, which has serious social consequences.In this paper, the author analyzed the current status of legal supervision on prepaid cards and the problems, and made recommendations and thinking for its legal planning.
