摘  要:AHP层次分析法和SPACE矩阵相结合分析旅行社的发展环境,得出旅行社发展环境处于进取象限。说明旅行社正处于一种绝佳的地位和环境中,可以利用自己的内部优势和外部机会来选择适合自身的战略模式,应充分利用市场渗透策略拓展市场,注重新产品的开发,健全管理制度,采用纵向一体化战略,拓展业务范围,增强自身实力。The authors of his paper have analyze the development environment of travel agencies though Analytic Hierarchy Process and matrix of SPACE,and found that the development environment is in a positive quadrant,which shows that travel agencies are in an excellent position and environment.Travel agencies can use their own internal strengths and external opportunities to choose their own strategic mode.Travel agencies should make full use of the market penetration strategy to expand the market,attach importance to the development of new products,improve the management system,actively adopt the vertical integration strategy to expand the scope of their business and boost their strength.
