前列平胶囊治疗慢性无菌性前列腺炎观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列平胶囊治疗慢性无菌性前列腺炎(CNP)的疗效。方法:120例CNP患者随机均分为两组。试验组口服前列平胶囊(2.0g/次,3次/d);对照组口服前列欣胶囊(2.0g/次,3次/d),疗程均为8周。两组治疗前、治疗8周后分别统计CPSI总评分、疼痛评分、排尿评分、生活质量评分、中医证候评分及卵磷脂小体数量。结果:两组治疗4周后的CPSI总评分、疼痛评分、生活质量评分、中医证候评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而排尿评分均无显著性改变;两组治疗8周后上述评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后试验组卵磷脂小体数量显著提高(P<0.05),而对照组均无显著性差异。治疗4周及8周后,试验组疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组卵磷脂小体数量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列平胶囊可以有效治疗CNP,尤其是缓解疼痛不适症状以及提高卵磷脂小体数量,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective： To observe the effect of Qianlieping Capsules in treating chronic nonbacterial prostatitis（CNP）. Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of patients with CNP were randomly and averagely divided into a test group and a control group. The test group was treated with Qianlieping Capsules for 8 weeks（2.0g per time, 3 times daily）, while the control group was treated with Qianliexin Capsules for 8 weeks（2.0g per time, 3 times daily）. CPSI, pain scores, urination scores, life quality scores, TCM syndromes scores, lecithin body counts were taken as evaluation indexes before the treatment and after 8 weeks of treament. Results： Four weeks later, CPSI, pain scores, life quality scores, TCM syndromes scores in both groups had a significant decrease（P〈0.05）, while there was no significant change for urination scores in both groups（P〈0.05）. Eight weeks later, all indexes above had a significant decrease（P〈0.05）. Both 4 and 8 weeks later, lecithin body counts in test group had a significant increase（P〈0.05）, while no significant change was found in control group（P〈0.05）. Both 4 and 8 weeks later, pain scores in test group were lowered than that in control group（P〈0.05）, while lecithin body counts in test group were highered than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qianlieping Capsules can effectively treat CNP, especially in relieving pain feeling of pelvic cavity and increasing lecithin body counts, so it is worthy of being generalized in clinical practice.
