心悸中医诊疗指南临床应用评价研究

摘　　要：本研究采用适用性、应用性评价方法,对《中医内科常见病诊疗指南——中医病证部分·心悸》进行评价,包括统计该指南辨治内容的应用符合度,不同指南采用程度的临床疗效、安全性、经济性,以及指南临床应用方案来源。结果显示,本指南在疾病诊断、预防调摄及临床疗效、安全性、经济性等方面均显示了一定水准,但在证候分类、分类治则治法、分证方药等方面符合率却较低;应用方案来源除心悸指南外,主要为专家经验及医院诊疗常规。本研究表明,心悸指南存在部分不适用之处,需科学整合各方案来源,以提高指南质量和临床应用的适用性。This study evaluated Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in the Department of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine： Part of the syndrome of TCM·palpitations with the methods of the applicability and application, including making a statistic on the application conformity of the treatment content in this guidelines, the clinical efficacy, safety and economy of different degrees of guidelines＇ adoption, and the program sources of guidelines＇ clinical applications. Results showed that this guidelines reached a certain level in terms of diagnosis, preventive measures and clinical efficacy, safety and economy etc.. However, its compliance rate was low in the aspects of syndrome classification, classification, treatment prescription and drugs etc.. And its application sources mainly were expert experience and hospital diagnosis and treatment except the palpitations guide. This study showed that there were parts of the unapplicable application in the palpitations guide. In order to improve the quality of the guide and the applicability of clinical application, we needed to scientifically integrate the source of each program.
