摘  要:目的:建立丹参脂溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱,为丹参质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法,建立丹参脂溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱,并对其进行相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:建立了丹参脂溶性成分HPLC对照指纹图谱,色谱图展现的各峰分离度较好,特征明显,各样品图谱与对照图谱的相似度均>0.95,聚类分析在距离标尺为3时将样品分为3类,与主成分分析结果一致。结论:HPLC法建立丹参脂溶性成分指纹图谱,方法稳定、可靠、简便,选用的分析方法能准确对丹参脂溶性样品作出分析,可为丹参的质量评价提供参考。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of liposoluble compontents in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, so as to provide a reference for quality controlling of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: HPLC was used to establish the fingerprint of liposoluble compontents in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, which was analyzed by similarity analysis, cluster analysis and principal compontent analysis. Results: The HPLC fingerprint was established and the resolution of the peaks was good with obvious characteristics. All the results of similarity between samples were greater than 0.95. When the distance scale of cluster analysis was 3, the samples were divided into 3 categories. This result was consistent with the principal compontent analysis. Conclusion: It is stable, reliable and simple that the fingerprint of liposoluble constituents in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was established by HPLC. The analytical method chosen can analyze the samples of liposoluble constituents accurately and provide a reference for the qualitity evaluation.
