摘 要:目的:观察电针降糖、增加糖耐受的作用,优化临床选穴。方法:以高糖高脂饮食结合链脲佐菌素腹腔注射制备大鼠模型;以频率2Hz,强度2m A电针,6次/周,干预4周。观察电针对空腹血糖及糖耐量的影响。结果:电针"胃脘下俞""心俞""肾俞"可在1-2周内显著降低血糖。电针"胃脘下俞"4周能将动物空腹血糖降至显著低于模型组的程度。结论:低频电针"胃脘下俞""心俞""肾俞"具降糖作用;其起效时间、效果强度、效果持续时间有所不同,临床可根据病程选择配穴。胃脘下俞穴降糖机制涉及神经节段支配理论。Objective: To observe the hypoglycemic effects and sugar tolerance effects of electro-acupuncture, and to optimize clinical acupoint selection. Methods: The rat model was established by feeding high fat and sugar diet combined with intra-peritoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ). Electro-acupuncture(2Hz, 2m A) was applied as the intervention, 6 times per week, lasting for 4 weeks. Then, the effect of electro-acupuncture on fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance were observed. Results: The fasting blood glucose was greatly decreased with the application of electro-acupuncture at Weiwan Xiashu(EXB3), Xinshu(BL15), and Shenshu(BL23) in 1 to 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, the fasting blood glucose intervened at EX-B3 was significantly lower than that of the model group. Conclusion: Low frequency electro-acupuncture applied at EX-B3, BL15, and BL23 could significantly reduce fasting blood glucose, which could be used in the clinic; with different effective times, effects, and durations, the adjunct acupuncture points would be selected according to the courses of disease. The mechanism underlying hypoglycemic effect of EX-B3 involved the nerve segment theory.
