摘  要:目的:以双血管阻断大鼠为研究对象,探讨针刺对血管性痴呆大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响。方法:共选取42只Wistar雄性大鼠,采用双侧颈动脉结扎法复制大鼠血管性痴呆模型。模型制备成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、针刺组和非穴组,另设假手术组作为对照。在造模成功3d后进行针刺2周。采用Morris水迷宫评价大鼠的空间学习记忆能力。结果:在定位航行实验中,与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠游泳距离显著增加(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,针刺组游泳距离显著减少(P<0.05),且针刺组游泳距离明显短于非穴组(P<0.05)。各组游泳速度未见显著性差异。在空间探索实验中,与假手术组相比,模型组穿越平台次数显著减少(P<0.05),与模型组相比,针刺组穿越平台次数显著增多(P<0.05),针刺组穿越平台次数明显多于非穴组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺百会配以足三里穴可以改善双侧颈总动脉结扎诱发的慢性脑低灌注模型大鼠空间学习记忆的获得和储存能力。Objective: To explore the effects of acupuncture on spatial learning and memory in chronic cerebral hypoperfusion rats. Methods: Forty-two male Wistar rats were selected. The rat models of chronic cerebral hypoperfusion were established using bilateral common carotid artery occlusion(BCCAO). Once the model was established, the rats were randomized into a model group, an acupuncture group, and a non-acupoint group, with a sham operation group as a control group, nine in each group. Three days after the modeling, the treatment was administrated for 2 weeks. The spatial learning and memory were assessed by Morris water maze after the acupuncture treatment. Results: In hidden platform trial, compared with the sham operation group, swimming distance in the model group was significantly increased(P〈0.05). When compared with the model group, the swimming distance in the acupuncture group was significantly decreased(P〈0.05), which was shorter than that in the non-acupoint group(P〈0.05). Swimming speed showed no significant differences between the four groups. In the probe trial, the numbers of platform crossings decreased in the model group compared with that of the sham operation group(P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, the numbers of platform crossings in the acupuncture group were more than that in the non-acupoint group significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture at Baihui(DU 20) combined with Zusanli(ST 36) could ameliorate the acquisition and retention of spatial learning and memory in chronic cerebral hypoperfusion rats resulted from BCCAO.
