咳喘停穴位贴敷治疗诱发接触性皮炎与支气管哮喘复发的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:采用咳喘停穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘,观察其诱发的接触性皮炎对哮喘复发的影响。方法:选取100例哮喘缓解期患者,在三伏天采用咳喘停穴位贴敷治疗。治疗结束后每3个月随访1次,共随访1年。观察治疗后皮肤反应情况及治疗结束后1年内哮喘复发情况。结果:约1/3患者贴敷后出现皮肤反应,考虑接触性皮炎。治疗结束后1年内哮喘复发率明显降低。过敏体质者更易出现皮炎;有皮炎者复发情况改善优于无皮炎者。结论:咳喘停穴位贴敷有可能通过诱发接触性皮炎来改善哮喘复发。Objective： To observe the influence of contact dermatitis induced by Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy in the asthma recurrence in the process of treating bronchial asthma. Methods： One hundred cases of patients with asthma in remission were treated with Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy in dog days. After treatment, follow-up visits were performed one time per 3 months, lasting for one year. The asthma recurrence after one-year treatment and skin reactions during the treatment were observed. Results： About 1/3 patients appeared skin reaction after accepting the acupoint sticking therapy, which was considered as a contact dermatitis. The recurrence rate of bronchial asthma, however, was significantly reduced in one year after treatment. It was also showed that allergic constitution patients were easier to appear dermatitis. Additionally, the asthma recurrence rate among the patients who developed the contact dermatitis was lower than that among the opposites. Conclusion： Kechuanting acupoint sticking therapy could improve asthma recurrence by inducing contact dermatitis.
