基于数据挖掘的国医大师颜正华含甘草处方用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨国医大师颜正华教授含甘草处方用药规律。方法:在构建处方数据库的基础上,应用关联规则Apriori算法为主的研究方法,分析含甘草处方中单味药物频次、药物组合频次、关联规则与核心药物组合等。结果:含甘草处方常用于治疗咳嗽、胃痛、感冒等病证,高频次药物包括甘草、陈皮、赤芍、茯苓、丹参等,高频次药物组合包括"甘草,赤芍""甘草,连翘""甘草,陈皮""甘草,金银花"等,置信度≥0.9的关联规则包括"连翘->甘草""金银花->甘草""连翘,金银花->甘草""桔梗->甘草"等,治疗咳嗽的关联规则核心药物组合与止嗽散有一定相似性,治疗胃痛的关联规则核心药物组合与香砂养胃丸有一定相似性。结论:颜正华教授含甘草处方广泛用于多种病证,处方所用药物多具清热解毒、祛痰止咳等功效。Objective： To explore TCM Master YAN Zheng-hua medication rule in prescription with Radix Glycyrrhize. Methods： The prescriptions including Radix Glycyrrhizae that built by Pro. Yan were collected to build a database based on Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） inheritance assist system. The method of association rules with apriori algorithm was used to achieve frequency of single medicine, frequency of drug combination, association rules between drugs and core drug combinations. Results： The data-mining results indicated that the prescriptions including Radix Glycyrrhizae were commonly used for treating cough, stomach-ache, cold and other syndromes. The highest frequency used drugs were Radix Glycyrrhizae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Poria, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and so on. The most frequency drug combinations were ‘Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra＇, ‘Radix Glycyrrhizae, Fructus Forsythiae＇, ‘Radix Glycyrrhizae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae＇, and ‘Radix Glycyrrhizae, Flos Lonicerae＇. The drug association rules that the confidence was more than 0.9 were ‘Fructus Forsythiae- Radix Glycyrrhizae＇, ‘Flos Lonicerae- Radix Glycyrrhizae＇, ‘Fructus Forsythiae, Flos Lonicerae- Radix Glycyrrhizae＇, and ‘Radix Platycodonis- Radix Glycyrrhizae＇, and so on. The association rules drug combinations for treating cough have particular similarities with Zhisou Powder, while that for stomach-ache have particular similarities with Xiangsha Yangwei Pill. Conclusion： The prescriptions with Radix Glycyrrhizae that built by Pro. Yan have a variety of effects. And the drugs mostly had the effects of clearing heat, removing toxicity, expelling phlegm, and arresting coughing.
