摘　　要：目的:探讨中医药不同治疗节点HIV感染者T细胞表面程序性死亡因子(PD-1)和T细胞免疫球蛋白及黏蛋白结构域分子3(Tim-3)表达变化。方法:采用开放性对照试验设计,从国家中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目(云南)建水县中医医院治疗点筛选出2010年-2014年期间持续接受中医药治疗的HIV感染者56例,对患者T细胞计数和T细胞表面PD-1和Tim-3表达进行观察分析。结果:中医药不同治疗节点的HIV感染者CD_4^+T、CD_8^+T细胞计数和CD_4^+T、CD_8^+T细胞表面PD-1和Tim-3表达均维持在一定范围;不同治疗节点的HIV感染者组间无统计学差异。结论:中医药治疗HIV感染,可以稳定CD_4^+T细胞计数,不同治疗节点的HIV感染者的CD_4^+T、CD_8^+T细胞表面PD-1和Tim-3表达无统计学差异。Objective： To explore the effects of TCM on expressions of T cell surface PD-1 and Tim-3 in HIV infected patients in different treatment nodes. Methods： An open controlled trial was designed to observe and analyze the expression of T cell counts and T cell surface PD-1 and Tim-3 of 56 patients that were selected from（Yunnan） Jianshui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2010 to 2014 for TCM treatment of HIV in the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of AIDS pilot project. Results： After the treatment of TCM in different period of HIV infection, CD_4~＋T, CD_8~＋T cell count and CD_4~＋T, CD_8~＋T cell surface expression of PD-1 and Tim-3 were retained in a certain range; no differences between the groups of different treatment period of HIV infection. Conclusion： The TCM in the treatment of HIV infection could stabilize CD_4~＋T count, and there was no obvious difference in CD_4~＋T, CD_8~＋T cell surface expression of Tim-3 and PD-1 with different treatment time length.
