摘  要:目的:研究藤梨根(Actinidia chinensis Planch.)的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱法、中压柱层析及半制备高效液相色谱等方法分离纯化;通过NMR、MS等光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为熊果酸(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28酸(Ⅲ)、芒柄花素(Ⅳ)、7,4’-二羟基黄酮(Ⅴ)、(Z)-9,10,11-三羟基-12-十八碳烯酸(Ⅵ)、2α,3α,19α,24-四羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅶ)、丁香醛(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ为首次从本植物中分离得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the Kiwi root of Actinidia chinensis Planch.. Methods: The constituents were isolated by repeated silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, medium pressure column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and their structures were identified to be ursolic acid(Ⅰ), daucosterol(Ⅱ), 2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅲ), Formononetin(Ⅳ), 7,4'-dihydroxyflavone(Ⅴ),(Z)-9,10,11-trihydroxy-12-octadecenoic acid(Ⅵ), 2α,3α,19α,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅶ), syringaldehyde(Ⅷ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅷ are obtained from this plant for the first time.
