苏南大众体育现代化示范区建设的SWOT分析——以苏州为例

摘　　要：紧密围绕苏州"两个率先"和"城乡一体化"建设发展大局,以《苏南现代化示范区规划》出台为契机,努力探索符合时代特征、具有苏州特色的区域性大众体育现代化发展之路。对苏州大众体育现代化建设进行SWOT分析,列出苏州大众体育现代化建设具有的优势和劣势,以及面临的机遇与威胁,并制定出发展策略:深化大众体育行政体制改革,优化大众体育宏观环境;完善苏州大众体育组织网络;普及与提高相结合,加快基础体育设施建设;要继续开展形式多样、丰富多彩的群众体育活动。以期为苏州大众体育现代化示范区的建设提供理论参考。The paper closely centres on suzhou＂Two on the Lead in＂and＂Urban and Rural Integration＂overall situation of the construction development,the opportunity of the southern Jiangsu modernization demonstration area planning,trying to explore a way in accordance with Suzhou characteristics and with the time feature of regional public sports modernization development. SWOT analysis was carried out on the Suzhou public sports modernization,the advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and threats of suzhou public sports modernization. And four development strategies were provided with ST and WT： deepen the reform of the mass sports administrative system,optimize the environment of public sports macro; improve the network of Suzhou mass sports organizations; popularize and improve the combination,accelerate the construction of basic sports facilities; carry out various forms constantly,diversify mass sports activities. Hopefully,theoretical reference was provided for Suzhou public sports modernization demonstration area construction.
