摘　　要：新常态背景下,农村发展面临着许多新问题,大学生村官创业富民的模型也需要进行相应的调整。在对大学生村官创业富民现状进行调研的基础上,结合新常态背景下农村发展面临的新问题和大学生村官创业富民传统模式存在的问题,构建大学生村官创业富民的新模式,对提高大学生村官创业富民的实效具有十分重要的意义。The rural development is faced with many new problems under the New Normal background,thus the entrepreneurship mode of college-graduate village officials also needs to carry on the corresponding adjustment.This paper constructs a new entrepreneurship mode of college-graduate village officials on the basis of the investigation on the entrepreneurship current situation of college-graduate village officials,combined with the new problems of rural development and the problems of traditional modes for rural enriching used by college-graduate village officials under the New Normal background.It has very important significance to improve the effectiveness of college-graduate village officials＇ entrepreneurship.
