摘　　要：目的对ARCHITECT i2000全自动免疫分析仪进行使用前的性能评估。方法以ARCHITECT i2000全自动免疫分析仪的定量检测项目HBsAg进行精密度、符合率、检出限、携带污染率检测。结果 HBsAg批内精密度、批间精密度均小于5.1%,精密度、符合率、检出限及携带污染率均符合ARCHITECT i2000全自动免疫分析仪的性能要求。结论 ARCHITECT i2000全自动免疫分析仪HBsAg的精密度、符合率、检出限及携带污染率均达到性能要求,同时能满足临床实验室检测要求。Objective To evaluate the performance of ARCHITECT i2000 automatic immune analyzer for detecting HBsAg.Methods The precision,coincidence,detection limit,pollution carrying rate of HBsAg were detected by the quantitative measurement of the instrument.Results Both the within-run precision and between-run precision of HBsAg were less than 5.1%.The precision,accuracy,linear range and pollution carrying rate totally met the performance requirements of the instrument.ConclusionThe precision,coincidence,detection limit and pollution carrying rate of the ARCHITECT i2000 automatic immunoassay system can meet the performance requirements of design for the quantitative measurement and the requirement of clinical laboratory testing.
