《红楼梦》主要女性情商略论

摘　　要：《红楼梦》中诸多女性的情商参差不齐,高情商的女性如鱼得水般游走在大观园复杂的人际关系中,而低情商的女性在大观园中则腹背受敌。人的情商可从他/她在人际交往中对他人情绪的驾驭与对自身情绪的调节、掌控上见高下。薛宝钗、平儿、袭人、史湘云和以处众,宽以待下,是高情商的代表;探春、王熙凤、鸳鸯她们悉事之理,却不悉人之情,情商居中;林黛玉、晴雯为人处世时任情使性,迎春、惜春人际交往中懦弱冷漠,是低情商的典范。Many female characters with uneven Emotional Quotient（EQ） are described in Dream of Red Mansion.Some of them with high EQ are in their elements to handle complicated relationship among them, while there are some females with low EQ who cannot live in harmony with others. EQ level can be told from handling other people ＇s emotion and adjusting his own emotion. Xue Baochai, Pinger, Shi Xiangyun, the high EQ representatives, who are always make herself agreeable to and lenient with others. Tan Chun, Wang Xifeng and Yuanyang belong to medium EQ level team as they can mange affairs well but cannot deal with human relationship properly. While Lin Daiyu and Qing Wen are willful,Ying Chun and Xi Chun are coward and indifferent in dealing with interpersonal relationship, which is the reason why they deserved low EQ.
