摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对住宅品质特别是精神层面的需求也提出了更高要求。本文通过华发四季项目的建筑设计,由此引发对居住建筑的一些思考。时至今日,越来越多的建筑师也意识到回归居住这一本质确实是商品房项目能否成功的关键所在,而这也正是我们建筑师的责任与义务。With the improvement of the living standard, people have higher expectation for the quality of their living environment, especially for the non-material part. Based on the discussion of the design of Huafa Four Seasons Residential Project, some related thoughts about the modern-time residential buildings are proposed in this paper. In fact, more and more architects come to realize that returning to the essence of ＂ living＂ is the key factor to the success of a commercial housing project, which also is the responsibility and obligation of them.
