摘  要:超声内镜成像(Endoscopic Ultrasound Imaging,EUS)在临床中具有重要的作用,针对该成像系统的功能需求,设计并实现了一种将原始回波数据采集传输至计算机后,利用GPU(Graphic Processing Unit)作为主要单元进行计算的单阵元旋转式超声内镜系统。整个系统包括20MHz压电陶瓷材料换能器探头,前端处理模块,电机以及电机驱动模块,基于现场可变编辑门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的数据采集与PCI-e数据传输接口,加速与成像算法部分。利用PDMS(Polydimethylsiloxane,聚二甲基硅氧烷)体模和离体猪胃组织进行了成像,验证了系统成像的性能。Endoscopic ultrasound imaging(EUS) has an important role in clinics.In order to meet the functional requirements of this imaging modality,we have designed and implemented a single element rotary endoscopic ultrasound imaging system,using GPU(graphic processing unit) as primary processing component to accomplish most of the computationsafter raw data acquisition and transmission to the computer.The whole system includes a 20MHz-piezoelectric ceramic transducer,front-end processing module,motor and its driver module,data acquisition and PCI-e data transmission interface based on Field – Programmable Gate Array(FPGA),and acceleration imaging algorithm.The imaging performance of the system was verified by using the PDMS phantom and the in-vitro gastric tissue of the pigs.
