摘　　要：目的:探讨医用直线加速器的维护保养和质量控制,提高设备安全性和使用效率。方法:参照JCI标准,逐条实施加速器的维护管理和质量控制,并对每次的维护保养及设备巡查进行详细的记录。结果:明显提高了直线加速器的使用效率,降低了故障率,对延长设备的使用寿命以及降低维修成本等都发挥了积极的作用。结论:直线加速器的安全高效运行离不开严格规范的管理,并在具体实施中持续改进,从而实现为病患提供安全、周到、优质的服务的目的。Objective： to explore the safety management and quality control of the medical accelerator,so as to improve safety and efficiency of medical equipment.Methods： carried out maintenance management and quality control based on JCI standards,and made detailed records for each maintenance and inspection states.Results： significantly improved our management level and equipment quality of the linear accelerator,and improved the efficiency of equipment,prolonged service life of equipment and reduced the maintenance cost and so on.Conclusion： It is necessary that safe and efficient operation of the linear accelerator should be under strict standardized management,and continuously improve in the concrete implementation,so as to provide a safe and thoughtful,high-quality service to patients.
