含茚基的氯虫苯甲酰胺类似物的合成与杀虫活性

摘　　要：将茚基团引入邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂结构中,合成了一系列含有茚基的氯虫苯甲酰胺类似物,并通过核磁和高分辨质谱确定了结构。生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的含茚基的氯虫苯甲酰胺类似物杀虫活性优良,具有开发价值。A series of indene-chlorantraniliprole compounds were synthesized by introducing indenyl group into the structure of anthranilic diamides.Their structures were conformed by HRMS,1H NMR and^（13） C NMR.The biological activities were tested.The bioassay showed that these novel chlorantraniliprole analogues containing indenyl group exhibited highly insecticidal activities.
