摘　　要：分析电信运营商IT支撑系统基础架构的现状和问题,从宏观的角度提出在互联网+时代的契机和挑战下,基础架构规划原则和思路,从数据核心层、应用服务层、系统接入层3个方面深入探讨详细的规划方法和建设思路,引入新技术,在高效、稳定、可靠的前提下,促进IT支撑系统向互联网化转变,在运营商未来的运营、管理、建设中发挥更大的作用。It analyzes the situations of IT support system infrastructure of telecom operators and the problems on it. It proposes infrastructure planning principles and ideas from the macroscopic aspect in the background of the opportunities and challenges of the Internet ＋ Era. It discusses the detailed planning method and construction method from three aspects of data core layer,application service layer and system access layer. The new technology is introduced to promote the transformation of IT support system to Internet IT system in the premise of efficient,stable and reliable,plays a greater role in the future operation,management,construction of telecom operators.
