摘　　要：通过5点取样法,对黔西南州的烟草根结线虫为害情况进行调查。结果表明,烟草根结线虫病在黔西南州有发生,病原物为南方根结线虫;不同的土壤质地对根结线虫病的发生影响较大,根结线虫在黏土、壤土中发病轻,而在砂土、砂壤土中发病较重。建议在黏土、壤土种植烟草,并配合药剂等手段控制根结线虫的为害。Using five sampling method,damage conditions of Meloidogyne incognita were investigated in Qianxinan Prefecture. The results showed that knot nematodiasis were found and the pathogen was Meloidogyne incognita. The damage of Meloidogyne incognita were different in different soil, knot nematodiasis was more serious in sandy and sandy loam than in loam and clay soils. Knot nematode could be controlled by using nematocyst, and tobacco grown in loam and clay soils.
