摘 要:目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)和1,3-β-D葡聚糖(BG)联合检测在不同感染性疾病诊断中的应用评价,旨在提高对不同感染性疾病的诊断能力。方法随机选取2013年2月-2015年6月接受住院治疗的216例感染患者,根据临床表现、血常规、细菌学培养等检查结果分为,真菌感染92例患者为真菌组,其中深部真菌感染亚组44例、非深部真菌感染亚组48例;细菌感染64例患者为细菌组;病毒感染60例患者为病毒组;比较3组患者PCT和BG的水平;数据采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析。结果真菌组与细菌组及病毒组的PCT和BG浓度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而细菌组与病毒组比较,PCT浓度升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),BG浓度变化不明显,差异无统计学意义;深部真菌亚组和非深部真菌亚组比较,PCT的浓度比较无统计学意义,而BG的水平比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.31,P<0.05)。结论 PCT和BG联合检测对不同类型的感染性疾病具有重要的鉴别意义。OBJECTIVE To study the value of detection of procalcitonin(PCT)and 1,3-beta-D glucan(BG)in diagnosis of different infectious diseases,so as to improve the diagnosis ability of different infections in the patients.METHODS A total of 216 patients with infections who were treated in the hospital from Feb.2013 to Jun.2015 were enrolled in the study and divided into fungal group,bacteria group,virus group according to the results of clinical manifestations,blood,and bacteriological culture:92cases of fungal infections(fungal group)(including44cases of invasive fungal infection subgroup and 48 cases of non-invasive fungal infections subgroup),64 cases of bacterial infection(bacteria group),and 60 cases of viral infection(virus group).The level of procalcitonin(PCT)and 1,3-β-D-glucan(BG)were observed.The data were analyzed by software SPSS 13.0.RESULTS Compared with the bacteria group and virus group,the concentrations of PCT and BG of fungal group had significant differences(P〈0.05).The PCT concentration of bacteria group increased significantly than virus group(P〈0.05).The change of BG concentration was not obvious,with no statistically significant difference.The PCT concentration of invasive fungal infection subgroup and non-invasive fungal infection subgroup had no significant diffevence,but the BG concentration of them had statistically significant difference(t=9.313,P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The joint detection of PCT and 1,3-β-D-glucan has important identification of significance in different infectious diseases.
