摘 要:目的采用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法对多所医院的手术器械清洗效果进行连续、系统的监测,探讨ATP生物荧光法的实际应用性。方法于2012-2015年共监测3所不同地市的三级甲等医院,每季度对监测医院进行ATP生物荧光法检测,采用统一的试验方法和仪器检测手工或机器清洗后的手术器械,结果用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析。结果经机器清洗后的手术器械ATP中位值为862(328-2631)mol,经手工清洗后的手术器械ATP中位值为1925(797-5320)mol,机器清洗效果优于手工清洗,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);经机器清洗后的手术器械ATP值在不同医院间无差异,在时间上相对稳定。结论可以用ATP生物荧光法快速评价手术器械的清洗效果。OBJECTIVE To conduct continuous,systematic surveillance of cleaning effect of surgical instruments in the hospitals by using adenosine triphosphate(ATP)bioluminescence assay and explore the practical application of ATP assay.METHODS From 2012 to 2015,totally 3tertiary A general hospitals in different cities were monitored for each quarter by using ATP bioluminescence assay,the surgical instruments that were cleaned by hands or machines were detected by using the unified test method,and the statistical analysis of results was performed with the use of SPSS 19.0software.RESULTS The median of the surgical instruments was 862(328-2631)mol after the mechanical cleaning,1925(797-5320)mol after the manual cleaning;the effect of the mechanical cleaning was better than that of the manual cleaning,with significant difference(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in the ATP value of surgical instruments among the three hospitals after the mechanical cleaning,and it was relatively stable over time.CONCLUSION The ATP bioluminescence assay can be used for rapid evaluation of the cleaning effect of the surgical instruments.
