摘　　要：蔬菜是重要的农产品及人民生活的必需品。北京市蔬菜产业不仅保障了首都民生,而且是首都城郊农业经济中的优势产业,更是全国蔬菜产业的重要终端和流转地。近10年,北京市人口逐年增加,蔬菜消费总量也持续提升,但当地蔬菜产量却越来越少。为促进北京市蔬菜产业及农业经济的良性健康发展,从消费、生产、流通等角度对北京市蔬菜产业进行了分析,并提出了针对性的发展建议,以期为蔬菜生产经营主体以及相关政府部门提供决策支撑。Vegetable is an important agricultural product to urban and rural residents.The vegetable industry in Beijing,which guaranteed capital people＇s livelihood,was not only an industry of advantage in the capital city＇s agricultural economy,but also an important terminal and circulation part of the national vegetable industry.In the last ten years,the total amount of vegetable consumption of Beijing has increased along with the population,while the production of local vegetables was decreasing constantly.In order to promote the healthy development of vegetable industry as well as the agricultural economy in Beijing,this paper analyzed Beijing＇s vegetable industry in perspectives of consumption,production and distribution,and put forward the corresponding development strategies,in order to provide decisionmaking support for vegetable-related enterprises and relevant government departments.
