摘　　要：榜样教育是毛泽东思想宝库中一颗璀璨的明珠。毛泽东遴选榜样注重"民族性与时代性的有机结合"、"党性与群众性的完美融合"以及"个人价值与社会价值的辩证统一"。毛泽东通过"言教与身教并行"、"组织领导与群众参与并举"、"舆论宣传与活动推介并用"等方式,将榜样教育发挥到了极致。毛泽东榜样教育的经验启迪我们:新的历史条件下开展榜样教育,应在榜样遴选中突出时代导向、在榜样培育中强化德性伦理、在榜样宣传中注重方式创新、在榜样学习中践行党的宗旨,从而有效地推进社会主义核心价值观的践行和中国梦的实现。Example education is a shining pearl in the treasure- house of Mao Zedong thought. Mao Zedong selection example pays attention to ＂the combination of nationality and modernity＂,＂party spirit in harmony with the mass＂and＂personal value and social value unifies＂. By discussing comrade Mao Zedong＇s ＂teaches and parenting parallel＂,＂organization recommendation and the masses to participate in＂,＂public opinion guide and activities to promote and use＂,which takes the most extreme example education. The example education of Mao Zedong takes successful experience of enlightenment to us. Under the new historical conditions,to carry out the example education,we should stick to the times in the model selection guide,strengthen in the example cultivating virtue ethics,pay attention to the way in the example publicity innovation and practice of the party＇s purpose in learning models,which can effectively promote the practice of socialist core values and the realization of the Chinese dream.
