摘　　要：本文介绍了永宏FBs系列PLC在控制6轴绕线机上的应用。永宏FBs系列PLC最大单机可以输出4轴920KHz,通过永宏高速联机可实现254台主机921.6Kbps的高速通讯。在本案例中,使用自制电路和永宏PLC主机配合,控制2台伺服和4台步进电机,对两工位绕线机设备进行分别控制,满足了客户的生产要求。This paper introduces FATEK FBs series PLC control in the application of 6 axis winding machine. FATEK FBs series PLC maximum output of 4 920 KHz single shaft, through high speed online FATEK can achieve high-speed communication 254 hosts 921.6Kbps. In this case, the use of self-made circuit and macro PLC host, control of 2 servo and 4 stepper motor control, respectively for two position winding machine equipment, can meet the production requirements of customers.
